Lars and the Real Girl (2007)

Ryan Gosling (The Notebook) plays Lars, so uncomfortable with people he orders a "love" doll over the Internet and introduces her to his family as his girlfriend. Under the advice of his doctor, played by Patricia Clarkson (The Green Mile), the whole town goes along with his delusion. It was a really cute movie, with some spots that break your heart. Very good.
